1. PURPOSE
The purpose of the present document is to define the conditions under which any person (“the Purchaser”) agrees to purchase from SA Aquaboulevard de Paris (Registered Office: 4/6 rue Louis Armand 75015 PARIS – RCS Paris 340311620) one or more dated tickets, (“the Ticket” or “the Tickets”) offering a right of access to the Aquatic Park. These terms and conditions apply:
- to any Purchaser and to any person benefiting from a Ticket, each of whom is referred to as a “Holder”;
- excluding conditions in force at partner sales outlets.
Aquaboulevard de Paris reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale applicable are those posted on the Aquaboulevard de Paris ticketing website (https://aquaboulevard.fr, or any website replacing it) and accepted on the date of purchase or transfer of the Ticket.
All purchasers acknowledge that they have the capacity to contract under the conditions described in the conditions of sale presented below, i.e. that they are of legal age and not under guardianship or curatorship.
2. PRESENTATION OF THE TICKETING OFFER
2.1 – RESTRICTIONS
Access to the Aquaboulevard Water Park (hereinafter referred to as “Aquaboulevard”) is authorized for children aged 3 and over, upon presentation of proof of age. Children aged 3 to 11 inclusive must provide proof of age to qualify for the child rate. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult and placed under the latter’s responsibility.
2.2 – BANKNOTE CARRIERS
The Tickets are published in electronic format (the “e-Tickets”) and made available on the user’s customer account in the Download section. They can also be accessed from the invoice using the “View” button.
2.3 – NOMINATIVE TICKETS
The Tickets purchased are strictly personal and bear the name of the Purchaser, including the Tickets that the Purchaser will give to the Bearers.
Purchased Tickets will be transmitted to the Purchaser, who will be personally responsible for their eventual delivery to the Noteholders. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that all participants have read and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the Tickets.
3. TICKET MARKETING
3.1 – NUMBER OF TICKETS
Tickets are sold by price category, subject to availability.
Aquaboulevard reserves the right to limit the number of Tickets available per Purchaser. To this end, the total number of reservations per person may not exceed 6 on any one day.
3.2 – DATES
During the ordering process, the Purchaser will determine the date for which the Tickets are purchased. Once the order has been confirmed, this date cannot be changed. The dates on which Tickets are marketed are displayed on the Aquaboulevard ticketing website.
3.3 – RATES
Rates are posted on the Aquaboulevard website and can be obtained by telephone.
All prices are in euros and are payable in euros only. The prices applied are those displayed or announced at the time of purchase.
3.4 – REDUCED RATES
To qualify for the special rate, children (aged 3 to 11 inclusive) must prove their age before entering the Water Park.
3.5 – TICKETING FEES
e-Tickets are free of charge.
4. PURCHASE PROCEDURE
4.1 – HOW TO BUY TICKETS
e-Tickets may only be purchased on the Aquaboulevard website. The order (date, price, number of tickets) becomes definitive upon payment and receipt by the buyer of the confirmation e-mail.
4.2 – MEANS OF PAYMENT
Tickets are payable in euros only. Authorized means of payment are : Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, Paylib, Masterpass. Only one payment method is allowed per order.
4.3 – FRAUD PREVENTION
The Aquaboulevard ticketing website benefits from a secure payment system incorporating the SSL security standard. Confidential banking data is encrypted and transmitted to a bank server in charge of processing and control.
In order to prevent the risk of fraudulent use of bank details and to reinforce the security of transactions carried out on the Aquaboulevard ticketing website, Aquaboulevard (or its authorised payment service provider), without being under any obligation to do so, may carry out checks to verify the identity of the user of the means of payment used for payment. In the event of failure or refusal to respond to requests from Aquaboulevard (or its authorised payment service provider) or to send the requested supporting documents, Aquaboulevard reserves the right not to validate the Ticket purchase.
Aquaboulevard also reserves the right to cancel any Ticket purchase that presents a risk of fraud, in particular fraudulent use of a bank card.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has the right to access, rectify and object to all personal data at any time, by writing to Aquaboulevard de Paris – Service billetterie – 4/6 rue Louis Armand 75015 PARIS, France, with proof of identity.
5. NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
With regard to distance selling, as the sale of Tickets by Aquaboulevard constitutes a leisure service to be provided on a specific date or at a specific time, in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the provisions of article L.221-18 of the same Code relating to the consumer’s 14-day right of withdrawal do not apply to the purchase of Tickets by distance selling.
The Buyer does not have a withdrawal period for his order.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
The e-Tickets must be printed by the Purchaser from the e-mail received following his purchase of Tickets or stored on a digital medium, and where applicable, transferred to the Carrier in accordance with the procedure described in article 2.3 above.
7. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR PRINTING AND USING E-TICKETS :
7.1 – PRINTING E-TICKETS
Printed e-Tickets must be printed by the Buyer in portrait mode on blank white A4 paper, without modification of the print size, using an inkjet or laser printer. In the event of poor print quality, we recommend that you print the e-Ticket using a different printer.
Aquaboulevard declines all responsibility for anomalies occurring during the printing of e-Tickets resulting in particular :
- failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
- problems of routing, downloading and/or loss of any electronic mail and, more generally, problems causing the loss of any data;
- problems downloading the Electronic Ticket, due in particular to a malfunction of the Internet network.
7.2 – E-TICKETS ON DIGITAL MEDIA
e-Tickets can also be presented by the Subscriber on the screen of a cell phone or tablet. The Carrier must ensure that the battery of his/her cell phone or tablet is sufficiently charged to display his/her e-Ticket at the entrance to the Park.
Aquaboulevard declines all responsibility in the event that the Purchaser is unable to view the e-Ticket on his/her mobile or tablet, which is not due to a breach of its obligations (defective mobile, mobile not compatible….).
7.3 – ACCESS TO THE WATER PARK FOR ELECTRONIC TICKET HOLDERS
To access the Water Park, the Electronic Ticket Holder must bring :
- the printed or digital e-Ticket in accordance with the provisions of article 7.1 above, or a mobile or tablet in accordance with the provisions of article 7.2 above;
- an identity document.
The e-ticket is scanned at the Aquaboulevard entrance and is the only access ticket to the Water Park. All exits from the Water Park are final.
The staff reserves the right to refuse access to the site for any reason whatsoever that may disrupt its proper operation, including :
- for reasons of hygiene, safety or at the request of the police or civil defence services;
- aggressive, violent or intoxicated people;
- children under 12 unaccompanied by an adult.
In the event of overcrowding, we reserve the right to restrict access to the water park, in order to respect the capacity set up in strict compliance with health regulations. If necessary, the attendance time could be reduced to 4 hours.
7.4 – SAFETY
Print-at-home tickets have a unique barcode. Ticket validity is checked and recorded at the entrance using barcode readers. It is not possible to be admitted more than once with the same Ticket. Reproduction of Tickets is prohibited. Only the first person to present the Ticket will be admitted to the Water Park. It is presumed to be the legitimate bearer of the Ticket. It is therefore forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit the Ticket in any way, or to make it available for such purposes. Keep your Ticket in a safe place. Never accept a Ticket offered to you by a stranger, as it could be a copy.
7.5 – NON-USE OF DATED TICKETS
Unused, dated Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNAL RULES
By holding the Ticket, the Holder acknowledges that he/she has read and understands the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, and undertakes to comply with and ensure compliance with the Aquatic Park Rules and Regulations set out below. The “golden rules” can be consulted at the Park entrances or on the ticketing website.
8.1 – HYGIENE INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALL WETLANDS
Access to the pools will be refused to anyone not wearing bathing attire that complies with the present regulations. Only bathing suits, briefs and boxer shorts are permitted. Shorts, Bermuda shorts, underwear, pareos, overalls and similar garments are strictly forbidden. Any other clothing not suitable for swimming may be refused. You must pass through the changing rooms, showers and foot baths before entering the pools. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not meet normal hygiene standards, or who is suffering from eye disease, wounds or dressings.
8.2 – WATER PARK CHANGING ROOM INSTRUCTIONS
For reasons of hygiene, shoes may not be worn in the changing rooms.
Only one person is allowed per changing room. Small children may be accompanied by their parents or guardians. To avoid slippery floors, it is compulsory to dry off in wet areas before entering the changing rooms. Without prejudice to Aquaboulevard’s liability, users are responsible for the use of lockers. Lockers not released will be opened by staff. Any valuables found (wallets, mobiles, car keys, etc.) should be reported to security control, and not left in the checkroom.
8.3 – SAFETY RULES AND GOOD CONDUCT
It is strictly forbidden to:
- to bring a picnic or drinks, to eat or drink by the pools;
- smoking indoors and outdoors (except in designated areas), or bringing in hookahs, chichas or other water pipes;
- apnea, diving and/or pushing oneself in the water, running around the pools, playing with balls, violent or noisy games;
- bring in or wear glass masks, flippers or any other object that could pose a danger to users or the Water Park facilities;
- form groups that could disrupt the free movement of users;
- to circulate within the wetlands in street shoes, sneakers etc… ;
- to practice naturism and/or toplessness;
- diverting the normal use of foot baths and facilities;
- play with blunt objects or throw objects into the water;
- use musical equipment or instruments, whistles, sirens or any other noisy object;
- climbing on the installations and all the facilities of the Water Park;
- use of Saunas/Hammams/Jacuzzis for children under 16.
It is compulsory for non-swimmers to wear armbands.
Failure to comply with these rules, after unsuccessful formal notice, may result in permanent exclusion.
9. THEFT / LOSS OF TICKETS
Carriers are responsible for their Ticket. In the event of the loss or theft of one or more Tickets, the Purchaser will be responsible for accessing the order confirmation e-mail again in order to edit or present the Tickets concerned.
10. LIMITS OF AQUABOULEVARD’S LIABILITY
10.1 – IN THE EVENT OF AN UNRELATED CAUSE
Aquaboulevard cannot be held liable in any way for the occurrence of events constituting force majeure or the act of a third party. In particular, the following are excluded from its liability: bad weather, strikes, difficulties in accessing the Park, etc. In the event of the occurrence of any of the above events, Aquaboulevard will decide, at its sole discretion and without any obligation on its part, whether or not to grant the Purchaser compensation.
10.2 – IN THE EVENT OF A CHANGE IN OPERATING OR MAINTENANCE CONDITIONS
Aquaboulevard alone is entitled to determine the conditions of operation and maintenance of the Aquatic Park, according to its needs and/or constraints, and alone decides to (i) the opening calendar and public opening hours; (ii) the services and attractions it offers and their conditions of use; (iii) the prices and terms of sale of the Services it offers to the public; (iv) the maintenance, repair, rehabilitation and renovation program for all or part of the equipment; (v) the implementation of standards and rules concerning, in particular, the health and safety of people and property.
Aquaboulevard may, at its sole discretion, decide to close all or part of the Aquatic Park to the public for as long as necessary, in particular to carry out work necessary for the safety and protection of visitors, or for the maintenance, repair or renovation of all or part of the Park’s equipment, or in the event of bad weather or force majeure forcing Aquaboulevard to close all or part of the Park.
11. CANCELLATION OF TICKETS BY AQUABOULEVARD
11.1 – ILLICIT RESALE
Any resale/offer to resell or any exchange/offer to exchange for any consideration whatsoever of a Ticket outside the official network authorized by Aquaboulevard is strictly forbidden. In the event of non-compliance with these prohibitions, Aquaboulevard reserves the right to cancel the Ticket without prejudice to the penalties provided for in article 313-6-2 of the French Penal Code.
11.2 – OFFENCES INSIDE OR ON THE PERIMETER OF THE PARK
Any fraud or attempted fraud observed in the Park or when reading the records of passages at the ticket office, any infringement observed of the Park’s Internal Regulations or of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale, whether committed by the Purchaser or the Carrier, will automatically result, at Aquaboulevard’s discretion, in the cancellation of the Ticket and expulsion from the Park.
11.3 – FOR ANY EXPULSION FROM THE PARK AND/OR TICKET CANCELLATION
Aquaboulevard will decide at its sole discretion and without obligation whether or not to grant a refund for the cancelled Ticket.
12. INTUITU PERSONAE
The Purchaser acknowledges that Aquaboulevard has agreed to the sale of the Ticket on the basis of his or her capacity and declarations. Consequently, the Purchaser guarantees the accuracy of the information requested concerning his personal situation and that of the Holders.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The Aquaboulevard website is governed by French legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction of trademarks, logos or distinctive signs from the Site without the express written authorization of Aquaboulevard is therefore prohibited within the meaning of article L 713-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND LITIGATION
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the purchase or use of a Ticket must be brought to the attention of Aquaboulevard by registered letter to the following address: Aquaboulevard de Paris – Service Billetterie/Abonnement – 4/6, rue Louis Armand 75015 Paris.
Failing amicable settlement, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

By accepting the purchase and/or delivery of the Ticket by any means (in particular by electronic transmission for e-Tickets), the Purchaser acknowledges that he/she has previously read and unreservedly accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Park’s Rules and Regulations.
